These terms govern every contract between the operator of this website ("provider") and customers who purchase digital content through this site. Digital content covers, among other things, WhatsApp Wrapped exports created from your chats, PDF files, HTML files, image files, video exports and any other electronic files that can be downloaded immediately after payment.
Diverging conditions from customers are only accepted if the provider explicitly confirms them in writing.
The provider offers digital content that is generated from WhatsApp chat exports processed locally in the customer's browser. The technical analysis happens exclusively on the customer's device. Chat data is never uploaded to the provider's servers.
The purchase therefore only covers the digital export itself (e.g. MP4, GIF, PDF, HTML) or a service that delivers such exports.
A contract is concluded once the customer selects a paid product, completes the checkout (e.g. via PayPal) and the payment has been confirmed successfully.
The customer is then forwarded to the thank-you page and receives access to the purchased digital content.
All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT unless noted otherwise.
Payments can only be made via the payment methods listed on the site, especially PayPal. The provider stores only the transaction data that is necessary to fulfil the order: customer e-mail, payment ID, product name, amount, timestamp and any voucher used.
After a successful payment the customer immediately gains access to the purchased digital files.
Every purchase grants a simple, non-transferable, private licence only.
The underlying WhatsApp data always stays with the customer. The provider never receives or stores those chats.
EU law grants a 14-day withdrawal right for digital products. This right expires as soon as:
This consent is part of the checkout. Once payment is completed and the download starts, the withdrawal right lapses.
The provider may issue vouchers. Redemption happens via the
check-voucher.php and redeem-voucher.php endpoints.

Customers are responsible for making sure they are legally allowed to process their WhatsApp data inside the browser. Because the provider never receives these chats there is no content review.

Wrapped exports are rendered entirely on the customer's device. Functionality therefore depends on the device, browser, performance and the quality of the chat file.
The provider cannot guarantee compatibility with every device or browser, but ensures the service works with current desktop and mobile browsers.
The provider is fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health. For all other damages liability only applies in cases of intent or gross negligence.
The provider is not liable for data loss or faulty exports caused by the customer's local browser environment, incompatible devices, corrupt chat files or third-party software.

These records are kept in a SQLite database according to the legal retention period (usually 10 years).
After each purchase the provider issues a simplified invoice. It is generated dynamically and can be downloaded via the thank-you page or accessed directly in the admin panel.
The website does not offer registrations or login areas. All purchases run exclusively via PayPal.
The provider may adjust these terms at any time if required for technical, economic or legal reasons. Contracts that have already been completed remain subject to the version that applied at the time of purchase.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.
For digital goods (e.g. PDFs, video exports, HTML or GIF downloads) the withdrawal right ends early if:
This confirmation is collected during checkout. Without it no digital content will be delivered.
If you withdraw from the contract in time we will reimburse every payment we received from you without delay and no later than fourteen days after the day we received your notice of withdrawal.
We use the same payment method you used in the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
